4 Market Thoughts: Jobs Look for -105k
Stocks in Asia were moderately higher. The Nikkei and Hang Seng managed a half percent gain, Australia was up a fraction and Shanghai was unchanged. European indexes are mixed, with the Footsie up 0.4% and the Dax currently a quarter percent higher. US stock futures are down a small fraction as I write.

Burger King accepted an offer of $24.00 a share, but also indicated it will keep it’s options open for another offer through mid-October.
